1. Tax of Real Estate Transfer

Up to the value of 15.000 € - Tax 7% or 9 %.
Above the value of 15.000 € - Tax 9% or 11 %.
Note:
  • These factors are in effect when there are no exemptions (first residence etc.).
  • (7% or 9%) and (9% or 11%) depending on the existence or not of Fire Station.

2. Tax of Local Self-government Organization (Local Authority)

3% on the total transfer tax

3. Notary's expenses

1,5%-2% on contracts quoted price.

4. Lawyer's expenses

Up to the value of 44.020 €: Payment 1% and Payment of titles validation 150-300 €.
Above the value of 44.020 €: Payment 0.5% and Payment of titles validation 300-450 €.

5. Brokerage

What is agreed (1% of ~ 2%) depending on the value of the real estate, as well as on the services provided by the Company. In conclusion, the buyer is called to cover additional expenses on the price of the real estate of 10-15%.(The percentage is however significantly decreased in the case of first residence).
